Hearing God Workshops
How can we fine tune our ears to the voice of God? Join us as we explore daily postures and practices together.
In the 17th Century, Brother Lawrence, a lowly Carmelite friar, endeavored to share his every waking moment in communion with God. As his preserved letters show us, this is no easy task, even at a time when we might assume there were even fewer distractions than what we face today. In detailing his struggles to stay in tune with God on a daily basis, he has inspired countless others to find ways to better attune themselves with the Divine.
Please join us as we explore both the Biblical basis and practical daily practices for hearing God more deeply and more often. Hearing God workshops presently take place on zoom, and usually consist of 8-12 participants. We will hear from Project Arctos facilitators, as well as share our own successes and struggles, and walk away with some very tangible next steps for our spiritual journeying.
